National Immunization Support Project (NISP) and Aga Khan University (AKU), with funding support from World Bank and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation conducted second round of Third-Party Verification Immunization Coverage Survey (TPVICS). 

This survey independently verified and ascertain in a transparent manner, the validity of the data reported, by the provinces, and districts, on immunization coverage in Pakistan. AKU has partnered with Trust for Vaccines & Immunization (TVI) to conduct this survey in selected 10 (Ten) Districts of Baluchistan. 

 A Cross-Sectional Survey Design has been chosen to collect data to achieve the objectives of this survey. Cross-sectional surveys provide a snapshot of the prevalence and attributes in specific population.

 The survey assessed the vaccination status of children 11-23 months of age at the time of the survey for each vaccine dose recommended by the Government of Pakistan (GOP).
