The project aimed to assess sero prevalence in polio high risk areas of Pakistan. The finding from this study demonstrated the level of antibody response to polio virus and other important risk factors affecting sero positivity. Following were the scope of activities:

• Implementation of sero prevalence in various locations of Baluchistan, KP/FATA and Punjab
• Household listing, data collection and sero sample collection.
• Coordination with district and provincial authorities regarding filed operations
