The aim of this project was to develop and deliver an intervention package and strategies for the eradication of Polio to be imparted at community level which can contribute to the eradication of Polio from Pakistan in collaboration with all relevant stake holders. The selection of sites was based on high risk population and insecure and conflicted areas.  The project also aims to scale up other child health, nutrition and immunization services through innovative approaches. Following activities were conducted to deliver the project:

• Baseline Survey 
• Community Mobilization/Engagement using enhanced communication packages
• Establishment of Maternal and Child Health Camps
• Vaccination (integration of vaccination strategies with nutrition interventions esp. vitamin A supplementation) 
• Assessment/Evaluation Surveys
• Meeting with Project Key Stakeholders
